Join Recart as a Customer Success Manager

Recart is rapidly growing and we’re looking for the right teammates to join the ride! We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to partner closely with our clients to drive product adoption and deliver ROI. This role is a balance of individual work within a highly collaborative team. You will own a book of business to manage and grow, develop strong relationships and identify expansion opportunities with the goal of increasing net retention revenue.

Recart is a fast-paced innovator in digital marketing that offers technology for SMS and Facebook Messenger. Recart’s powerful SMS marketing platform launched in 2021 and has taken the industry by storm. Highly rated on Shopify, our platform is built on an incredibly powerful and intuitive UI that allows clients to successfully engage and send targeted SMS campaigns that generate on average 40x ROI.

Recart supports an extensive portfolio of DTC brands across all verticals that includes merchants such as BlendJet, Simple Modern and Born Primitive. We're a team of 35+ and have employees in Hungary, U.S., South Africa, and Serbia. We are currently looking for candidates who are located in US.

The Opportunity:

Join our growing global team of Customer Success Managers! As a Recart CSM, your goal will be to build a revenue-generating mobile messaging channel for our clients that scales throughout the entire relationship. Work with DTC brands from across the world and help them reach their audience by developing marketing campaigns that convert site visitors into customers.

What you'll do:

  • Complete ownership of the client lifecycle from onboarding to retention and expansion
  • Set clients up for success by building personalized mobile messaging strategies and campaign deployments aimed at achieving their business goals
  • Provide strategic recommendations for optimizations and new campaigns
  • Act as a digital marketing consultant using the Recart mobile messaging platform as your primary tool to drive positive revenue impact for our merchants.
  • Develop and maintain an expert-level understanding of the Recart mobile messaging platform, along with broader e-commerce & marketing knowledge
  • Leverage various marketing tools to help guide strategy and planning
  • Collaborate closely with functional team partners such as Product and Engineering to provide client feedback, improve product features and overall platform experience
  • Achieve and/or exceed quarterly revenue and retention goals
  • Deliver a world-class client experience

About you:

  • Minimum of 3+ years in a client-facing role that includes account management and/or direct CS engagement
  • Experience at a high-growth SaaS company, ideally B2B2C
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding time management skills with the discipline to prioritize and adapt
  • Ability to quickly build rapport
  • Results-driven attitude
  • Solution-oriented

  • Enterprise account management. You have successfully managed clients that generate $60K+ ARR
  • Built processes. You have helped previous organizations scale by building playbooks or processes
