We're a team of 35+ and have employees in Hungary, the U.S., South Africa, Serbia and Portugal.

We seek a Software Engineer to join our team and help us to build our product. We have a distributed system with 30+ microservices facing exciting scaling and architectural challenges, offering you the opportunity to gain valuable insights and hands-on experience. You will work closely with our product and design team and have a chance to design and plan new features together. You will deliver, monitor, and test these features bringing value to end users.

Our tech stack includes Node.js, React, Preact, Typescript, Go, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis, SQS, and SNS.

We are looking for candidates who are located in Hungary.

What will I do?

• Fully own features from conception through experimentation to deployment.
• Develop end-to-end solutions using both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Help the product development team by providing insights into the possible tech solutions, their implications, and the required effort.
• Continuously tackle tech debts and improve code quality.
• Conduct code reviews and help other team members.
• Participate in design & architecture discussions.

What are the required skills?

• At least 4 years of experience in a software engineering role.
• Relevant experience in developing feature-heavy applications with Node.js or Go.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React preferred).
• Able to communicate well, work with others, learn continuously.
• Ability to express yourself in English both in writing and speaking.
