The Role: Drive Growth and Deliver Value
We're hiring a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to partner directly with ecommerce merchants to drive adoption, maximize value, and deliver measurable ROI. You’ll manage a book of business, cultivate trusted relationships, and uncover opportunities that fuel revenue growth and retention.

What You'll Do
- Own the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion
- Develop strategic mobile messaging plans that align with each merchant’s goals
- Launch and optimize SMS campaigns that drive revenue, retention, and repeat purchases
- Act as a strategic advisor, helping merchants turn Recart into a core growth channel
- Become an expert in Recart’s platform and the broader ecommerce MarTech landscape
- Leverage data and insights to inform strategy, drive results, and build client trust
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to champion the voice of the customer
- Achieve or exceed retention and growth targets across your book of business
- Deliver an exceptional experience that deepens long-term client loyalty
Who You Are
- You’ve got at least 3 year of experience in a client-facing role that includes account management or direct Customer Success engagement
- You’ve worked at a high-growth SaaS company, ideally in the B2B2C space
- A strong communicator — both written and verbal
- Organized, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities
- Trusted and personable — you build relationships that stick
- Data-driven, results-focused, and ready to problem-solve proactively
