The Role: Own the Pipeline
We’re looking for a product-minded, full-stack growth marketer to lead our pipeline generation efforts. You’ll be both strategic and hands-on — owning the entire growth loop from positioning to qualified pipeline.
Great messaging means nothing if no one hears it. You’ll craft our narrative and build the systems that distribute it — turning cold traffic into high-intent sales conversations.
This role sits at the intersection of product, content, and demand generation. You’ll work directly with the founder and take full ownership of our go-to-market motion.
What You’ll Do
- Launch and scale campaigns that generate $700k+ in ARR in H2 2025
- Own pipeline generation: content → distribution → lead capture → SQLs → Pipeline ARR
- Develop a repeatable content + distribution system (SEO, lead magnets, nurture flows)
- Build and optimize conversion paths in Hubspot to drive lead-to-opportunity
- Define and refine our positioning and messaging in the Shopify ecosystem
- Help us clearly communicate Recart’s ROI to marketers and operators
Who You Are
- 3–5+ years of hands-on B2B SaaS marketing experience (bonus: martech or ecommerce tech)
- You’ve owned pipeline metrics and can say: “I launched X, it drove $Y”
- You’ve worked directly with founders/CMOs and thrived in early-stage environments
- You’re obsessed with marketing and helping independent brands grow
- You’ve built scalable content systems (not just one-off campaigns)
- You’re an advanced AI user — using tools to ideate, write, and execute faster
- You have structured thinking and can move fast without losing depth
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to Shopify brands or ecommerce operators
- Experience in a company with $10k–$25k ACV and a product-led sales motion
- Familiarity with retention marketing, SMS/email flows, or ecommerce automations
