We are currently looking for candidates who are located in Hungary.

Our growth is top-tier and almost all of it comes from existing customer expansion. It’s time to start building a GTM function and we’re starting with our current bottleneck: the pipeline. We’re looking for highly ambitious people who can help us remove this bottleneck by getting in front of the best partners in the Shopify ecosystem.

Building Thriving Partner Ecosystem

Our role centers on three primary areas to foster a successful partner ecosystem:

  1. Grow: Enhance the strength and number of partnerships by delivering value and building multifaceted relationships within qualified organizations.
  2. Convert: Transform partner referrals into pipeline and revenue.
  3. Retain: Maintain strong partner relationships through joint business development, education, and enablement.

What will you do?

  • Identify and engage with ideal partner prospects that align with Recart’s vision, values, and goals, aiming to expand our opportunity pipeline and drive revenue growth.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all assigned partner inquiries and communications.
  • Oversee the partner onboarding, retention, and payout process.
  • Manage partner opportunity registration and maintain the CRM for partner pipelines.
  • Report on partner productivity, including lead pipeline and lead generation activities for assigned partners.
  • Collaborate with Recart’s marketing and product teams to create programs that drive revenue growth.
  • Assist partners in reaching, selling to, and serving their customers with Recart products and services.
  • Invite partners to the Recart Template Library - where they can submit their best popup, and SMS flow templates.
  • Contribute to partner communication efforts, such as newsletters, social media engagement, and webinars.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Recart’s products and strategy to effectively engage and support partners in their sales efforts.

Your profile:

  • 3+ years of experience as an alliance/partner manager at a SaaS company or in a similar sales role.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, self-starter environment.
  • Proven track record of building partnerships that deliver tangible value to the business (preferred).
  • Comfortable working remotely, as we are a remote-first company.
  • Comfortable with traveling 2-3 times a quarter to show up at events and dinners.

This role is pivotal in nurturing and expanding Recart’s partner ecosystem, ensuring mutual growth and success.
