We are currently looking for candidates located in the U.S., preferably in ET time zones.
Our growth is top-tier and almost all of it comes from existing customer expansion. It’s time to start building a GTM function and we’re starting with our current bottleneck: the pipeline. We’re looking for highly ambitious salespeople who can help us remove this bottleneck by getting in front of the leadership of the top 10,000 Shopify stores.
What will you do?
- Become responsible for driving a large sum of revenue into the active pipeline.
- Own and drive the entire process from zero to SQL: uncover opportunities, initial contact, and deal management.
- Work closely with our CEO and sales leadership as we’re in the early stages of GTM building.
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers of ecommerce organizations to win new accounts and expand existing ones.
- Become a product expert: Demonstrate how Recart generates value for ecommerce brands through live demos.
- Advise prospects and customers on how popups and SMS marketing change their outcomes. Understand a wide variety of marketing technologies and how Recart fits into each customer’s technology stack.
- Monitoring pipeline of leads and deals, adjusting as necessary to create repeatable, predictable, and scalable revenue growth.
- Ensure that prospective customer feedback is channeled back to the Customer Success and Product teams - so we can increase your chances of winning.
- Consistently represent our product, and company in a way that makes us all proud.
Your profile:
- You’re highly ambitious and you really want to make money.
- 2+ years of prospecting/sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- You have at least 1 year of experience selling into ecommerce or selling marketing software.
- You have a great understanding of how direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands acquire and retain their customers.
- You have a proven track record of achieving or exceeding quotas.
- You are a data-driven person, you regularly measure the outcomes of your activities, and based on the learnings, you create action items to improve.
- You show exceptionally high standards in timeliness, responsiveness, and systematic work.
- You have a self-starter attitude with a bias towards action (we are all hands-on, and this role will have lots of autonomy).
- You want to grow something big in the next couple of years. You enjoy working hard and delivering a great impact on an organization.
