We have 35+ employees across Hungary, the U.S., and worldwide.

We are primarily looking for candidates located in Europe with consideration of the USA (ET timezone) as well.

Our growth is top-tier and almost all of it comes from existing customer expansion. It’s time to start building a GTM function and we’re starting with our current bottleneck: the pipeline. We’re looking for highly ambitious salespeople who can help us remove this bottleneck by getting in front of the leadership of the top 10,000 Shopify stores.

The position:

That's where the marketing role opening comes in: we are looking for a marketer to help get us to $20m ARR by building a marketing machine that covers the full customer lifecycle, from lead generation to expansion.

Our NRR is strong (148%) so the position will be more focused on pipeline and lead generation in the first 6 months.

What will you do?

  • Generate $700k in ARR in Q3-4, closed by the sales and success teams (new biz/expansion).
  • Manage a team of writers, partner managers, marketers and help them achieve a joint goal of  pipeline generated.
  • Make Recart a well-known brand that Shopify marketers trust. Tell the story of why text marketing is a must-have in their stack and how they can use sophisticated automation and segmented campaigns to add +19% revenue to their revenue flow while providing an excellent experience to subscribers.
  • Build a marketing engine in our Hubspot for merchants that lets them know about the problem/opportunity, turns them into leads, then opportunities, and help the Success team with expansion.
  • Clearly explain to our audience what's the ROI of using Recart. Especially what the impact of using text on marketing results (OR, CTR, AOV, CPC).

Your profile:

  • You want to join a startup in its most exciting moment: early growth stage.
  • You're data-driven and you're interested in scalable marketing processes.
  • Passion for learning. You want to learn and improve every day.
  • Open to working in an international environment (early calls with Europe)

Your experience:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing and/or eCommerce
  • SMB experience - you worked in a high-velocity B2B SaaS, with ACVs between $1k and $25k
  • Track record of prioritizing ideas to be implemented by the team
  • Ownership - you are able to own the entire marketing department
  • Ability to build a growth machine based on data, automation, experiments

Nice to have:

  • Martech - you know the ins and outs of e-commerce marketing automation and retention
