The position

We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to support the growth of Recart with scaling both our global and Hungarian teams. As a key member of our team, you will take ownership of our end-to-end recruitment processes, helping us attract and hire top talent across all departments, including R&D, S&M and CS. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our company culture by ensuring a great candidate experience and acting as an ambassador of our values.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment where you will collaborate with global teams and have the freedom to refine and improve recruitment processes while driving growth for our rapidly scaling business.

We are looking for candidates who are located in Hungary.

What will you do?

• Conduct E2E recruitment processes for Hungarian and US roles.
• Create and manage job postings, source talent through various channels, prescreen candidates, and guide them throughout the interview process.
• Represent our company culture and values, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.
• Collaborate with international colleagues and cross-functional teams to align hiring needs with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, negotiating contracts and identifying opportunities for new partnerships when needed.
• Measure, adjust, and improve recruitment processes to ensure scalability and efficiency while meeting hiring goals.
• Contribute to achieving recruitment OKRs and participate in or lead strategic HR initiatives and projects.
• Stack you will use: Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Calendly, HubSpot.

What skills and experience do you need?

• 2+ years of tech recruitment experience.
• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Full professional proficiency in English, and at least elementary proficiency in Hungarian.
