Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an ambitious marketer to expand the reach and improve the efficiency of our paid acquisition to accelerate our growth. As a key member, you will directly be responsible for overseeing all of our paid channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and Google as well as be the cross-functional partner who drives the creative execution.

This is a critical role and is ideal for an experienced, data-driven marketer who can hit the ground running and bring best practices on paid acquisition strategy, creative execution, automation workflows, and tracking, and management without needing to learn on the job.

Growth is a core priority for Recart —and you will have significant autonomy and ownership to make decisions that incrementally improve our ability to acquire, retain, and serve our customers. Our team deploys weekly and you will drive immediate, financial value to the business in your first month.

What will you do?
  • Take ownership and accountability of paid performance by meeting and exceeding acquisition expectations and set KPIs with support on complex issues
  • Manage paid channels such as Facebook, Linkedin, Google Ads and search for and define other relevant paid channels that can accelerate growth
  • Closely monitor KPIs and implement strategies to expand and improve efficiencies by leveraging deep expertise in performance marketing on paid social channels to scale customer acquisition
  • Deliver paid initiatives from concept to launch, including consistent optimization of the channel, platform, and acquisition (and reactivation) strategy
  • Create a test hypothesis and implement landing page and workflow optimizations to improve results and conduct ongoing tests that drive towards growth
  • Perform keyword and audience research to accelerate growth
  • Define creative execution and build an ever-improving workflow to consistently request, utilize, and deliver feedback on new creative assets to improve channel performance
  • Regularly communicate performance insights, learnings, and acquisition strategy
  • 3+ years of successfully managing paid acquisition campaigns across various networks and scale them up to their maximum potential
  • Deeply data-driven and analytical— you're fluent in Excel, Hubspot/Marketo/Salesforce, and large spreadsheets and data tools to understand, measure, and communicate performance insights, and learnings
  • In-depth knowledge of how to implement and use paid growth and attribution software to scale up acquisition campaigns
  • Love for both the thrill of early-stage startups and the challenges that come with scaling
  • E-commerce and marketplace experience are a plus.
