What’s the opportunity?
We’re looking for a Customer Success Hero to join our team. If you are hungry to upskill really fast and be given extra responsibility, have an interest in web development and want to create a truly exceptional customer experience for ecommerce merchants, the Success team at Recart is the one for you. We are primarily responsible for onboarding, educating, and supporting our merchants on a global level, meanwhile we are the bridge between our users and our product teams.
What will I be doing?
- Communicating with our customers – we use Intercom to do most of our support
- Doing calls with merchants to help them use Recart better
- Owning customer communication processes entirely
- Becoming an ecommerce expert
- Influencing the product development of Recart
- Working directly with the product teams to identify current issues
- Building Recart’s public Knowledge Base
What skills do I need?
- Genuine interest in technology
- Confidence to manage customer calls
- Understanding of online shopping and internet culture
- Previous experience in a troubleshooting environment
- Great problem-solving abilities
- Ability to rapidly switch gears while retaining focus on the bigger picture
- Outstanding communication and writing skills in English
*Experience in sales is a huge plus, but not a must-have
