What’s the opportunity?
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team and help us organize, arrange, and manage Recart's daily financial and administrative operations.
Recart is an already successful startup - founded 4 years ago, currently, a team of 30 people in a fast-paced environment is developing an application that elevates customer journey of ecommerce merchants to the next level. However, some operational processes still lack structure and organization.Thus for us, this role is of key importance, where one can have a real impact on how fast we can operationally follow up on our development.
You will be mostly working together with our co-founders, but everyone who is in charge of managing people will be your point of contact.
What will I do?
- Track and administer expenses pre-accounting
- Create financial reports that help us in decision making
- Manage and own the company's financial administration
- Create and update employment and service contracts
- Working closely with our co-founders to support them in legal paperwork
- Keeping in touch with our Hungarian and US-based accountants
What skills do I need?
- Ability to work individually - go-getter type of mentality
- Proven track record of financial administration and expense tracking
- Confident verbal communication skills in Hungarian AND English
- Experience working with the Google Ecosystem (Sheets, Gmail, Drive, Chrome, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of financial and managerial accounting
